ABSTRACT: The strength of various interactions or the numerical values of constants which determine intensity can actually be randomly determined by nature ( for example the speed of light in vacuum c or the speed of ordinary space c with respect to hyperspace ) or they can actually have any values. This means, for example, that the gravitational constant G MUST appear in the equation for gravitational force described by Newton, since in nature the size of difference between gravitational force and electric force MUST be in accordance with rest energy E. The analysis of the relation between gravitational force and electrical force indicates that the strength of interactions or the numerical values of the constants which determine intensity are not actually important. Instead, the importance lies in the circumstances which determine the relations between various interactions.
